After seeing the challenge of 'Feathering' at Sammi's Mad for Markers blog I have seriously ummed and aaaaaahhhed for about 2wks. I tried and tried to get this technique but seriously struggled!

Anyways tonight it got the better of me and I sat for HOURS and came up with this card.....I'm loving my new Greeting Farm stamp!

Items used: flowers, ribbon, button, copics, bazzil cardstock, cardstock edges, x-press border punch.

Good Morning! gosh hasn't the week just flown by!!! I made this card from the dog range at lily-boo. Isn't he just adorable!

I used my new Heidi Swap edge distresser which is just brilliant.

New Challenge time at Digital Delights

This week we have a challenge........ we are challenging you to use TEXTURE on your creation!!

I had sooooo much fun with this challenge but also found it a challenge lol.....

I just had to use Wonderland Briley and this toadstool. First off I hand stitched around the outside, then around the next layer (that took ages lol) Then I embossed the lard blue scalloped circle and distressed the edges and all the outside edges of my layers. Not sure if you can tell but the spots on the toadstool and also the stem are glitter.

 

Items used: copics, wonderland briley, toadstool, pearls, stitching, embossing glitter, ribbon & brads.
