I've gone country!

LOL! How cool is my background? It's the first farm like one I've seen! And my new picture up the top is of a Silkie Chicken....I'm getting 4 of them in the next few weeks, just waiting on them to hatch! I'm so excited lol....

Just for MOO

Hello Hello!!!

I've been off in fairy land with sick kids, sick me and I'm absolutely shattered and so not myself :(
I really wanted to do a boy cow card but me being ME and also blonde I totally forgot- YES FORGOT that BOY cows don't have UDDERS!!! I know I know, how could I not realise.....blonde....sick....well that's my excuse :) So I covered the udder with the ribbon and am not sure I pulled it off but I like the card lol......

I made this card with one of the images above.....I decided to make him into a Dalmation lol....

I decided not to use a sentiment as I didn't feel it needed one :)

And on another note....my grandad is back in hospital....really not looking good. I'm feeling so down. AND to top it off my son has bronchi phenmonia back again! He is so not well and oh the crying!!!! My head is pounding as I'm not feeling 100% - my gosh I can't wait for hubby to be on days off :(

So hence why the lack of cards....I've been watching Toy Story on repeat!!! I'm sure I know it word for word ;)

Claudia Cow

I came across Claudia Cow at Digital Delights and I just had to have her! I then was racking my brain (difficult, let me tell you lol!) for a cow saying and came up with 'Have a Moo-gical Day'! Honestly, I thought I was quite funny - my sense of humour really does only amuse me!

And anyways I was in such a PINK Mode that I thought why not try something totally different and put pink on the cow....so I did! I love both of these cards and am not sure which one I like more...

Good Evening!

Argh what a day. I'm exhausted and I was on my own today lol! I just can't seem to catch up on sleep at the moment. Should go get  a blood test done.

I made this card for no reason at all but I'm sure I can find someone to give it too. I'm actually really happy with how it's turned out....for once it's 'outside' my box and I'm hoping this new found 'outside' the box mojo sticks around :)

A very boyish card

My nephew broke his arm on the weekend and needed surgery. He's only 3 (almost a big 4) and thought he was superman flying off his bed!! I'm surprised it's not my son who had the first broken bone in the family lol....as he does the same thing and he's 2!

So being the boyish BOY my nephew is I made this card for him using this very boyish image from Digital Delights - isn't Rocketing Ridley just adorable!

I think it's come out very boyish and he'll love it, he's a no fuss type of little boy. So buttons were a must. I couldn't bling it up because he'd tell me that 'diamonds' are for girls lol! I actually coloured in the darker grey with a black water colour pencil and then blended it with my copic blender. It's come out quite well and almost scratchy looking which I quite liked!

I'm having issues with watermarks and whilst hubby almost has it under control (lol) and seeing as he's at work and I'm impatient :) I wanted to post this .......NOW! LOL. So I will add that the wonderful and talented Wendy Hall, creator of Digital Delights sent me this fabulous image to work with. I'm so grateful to be able to use her creations as they are always what I'm looking for! So thank you Wendy :) and I promise to have these 'issues' sorted asap!

Mad for Markers Challenge

I decided to Enter in my Baseball Mad card I made from Digital Delights images. I'm so excited! Not so hopefull lol as I don't have the exact colours so I used E00, R27 & B00 (yes I know I need to get more markers lol!).....so Good Luck ME! :)

Baseball mad!

Good Morning!

YAY it's friday here! I'm having a girls night tonight with my bestie, some chocolate and NEW MOON! woooohoooo!

My nephew is a Baseball nutter so when I noticed these AWESOME baseball images at Digital Delights I had to have them. It's funny how hard baseball images are to come across! I was almost jumping off my seat :) Even though his bday is next month (I like to be organised!) I just had to had to HAD TO do a card NOW! LOL.

Hubby loved this card and I must say I am happy with it too, very boyish.

A special card for a special little girl....

A very good friend of mine's little girl Miss K is going into hospital soon for a kidney operation. Miss K has been sick on and off for quite some time and I know this operation will make her better! My thoughts have been with her mum and dad lately and whilst I have been caught up in my own little world of problems I always think of J and her little Miss K.

I decided to make a card using Wonderland Briley who is just SUPER CUTE! She can be purchased from Digital Delights store .
