Oh how I loved this set! Digital Delights has a mexico set. And growing up I had my own pet Chihuahua and seeing this made me have to do a card with him!

Items used: copics, flowers (coloured with copics) buttons, kindyglitz, ribbon, bazzil cardstock, creative DP.
